Elkhart, IN – INOVA Federal Credit Union has announced the following additions to its management team.

Joseph Messenger has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Finance/Electronic Services. Messenger has been with INOVA Federal Credit Union for two years, most recently serving as Manager of Accounting and Electronic Services. Messenger brings over nine years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a graduate of Indiana University South Bend and is an active part of the community, coaching various athletic teams including the girls’ volleyball team at St. Matthews School in South Bend.

Eric Rauch has been promoted to Vice President of Internal Operations. Rauch has been with INOVA Federal Credit Union for two years, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President of Finance. He brings over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, having spent 8 of those years working with credit unions. Rauch is a graduate of Indiana University, serves on the board of the St. Joseph Chapter of the Indiana Credit Union League and is a member of the Mishawaka Breakfast Optimist Club.
