Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP)
If you’ve ever had to pay off the balance on a vehicle that’s been stolen or totaled, you know how frustrating it is to have nothing to show for your money. Now you can rest easy with the Guaranteed Auto Protection plan. This is a loan balance deficiency waiver designed to eliminate the unpaid net loan balance in the event your vehicle is stolen or deemed a total loss due to an accident.

Requirements:

Cost of $275.00 to be paid by borrower.
Covers automobiles, vans and trucks up to 1 ton, motorcycles, ATVs, Jet Skis, snowmobiles, and golf carts.

You’ll eliminate the out of pocket expense it would take to cover the remaining loan balance after the insurance settlement.
Your protection plan pays up to $1,000.00 of the deductible and it covers up to 125% of MSRP or the average retail book value. The plan does not cover delinquent payments, late charges, or other add-on fees.
Not only will we help protect your credit rating with GAP, but we’ll also help you get back on the road sooner. As an added benefit, your protection plan will pay you $1,000.00 towards your replacement vehicle when you finance it through INOVA FCU.
You have the option of adding the fee into your loan amount. |
